We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Suspected fraud;

• Shipping restrictions;

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

Certain products may be available through a subscription or recurring-order option.

By selecting a subscription at checkout, you authorize Nitric Supplements or its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed to you at the time of purchase.

Subscription customers receive:

• 45% off their first subscription order, and

• 10% off subsequent subscription orders, unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription offer.

The applicable subscription price, frequency, and renewal terms will be presented during the subscription purchase process.

You are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing your purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a subscription before the next recurring order is processed.

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

We will review the circumstances and may cancel future recurring orders.

An order that has already been successfully processed is generally not automatically cancelled solely because the customer later states that they did not realize a subscription had been selected. Any refund request for an already-processed order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We generally process and ship orders within 1–4 business days after the order is placed, subject to product availability, payment authorization, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping transit times are separate from our order-processing period.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the applicable carrier and destination.

Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Shipping Protection

Nitric Supplements may offer optional shipping protection for $2.99 at checkout.

Shipping protection is intended to provide additional protection for eligible shipping-related incidents according to the applicable protection terms.

If you decline shipping protection, certain losses or damage occurring during shipment may not be covered by Nitric Supplements.

Shipping protection does not change or eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

9. Returns and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Nitric Supplements offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases.

The guarantee allows customers to receive, open, and try a supplement and request a refund if they are genuinely dissatisfied with the product, provided the request is made within 30 days after receiving the order and the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy are satisfied.

The product does not have to remain unopened or unused to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee.

The money-back guarantee is separate from claims involving lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through our website are transactions between you and Nitric Supplements.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that allows us to operate our store but is not the seller of Nitric Supplements products.
