Shipping Policy

At Nitric Supplements, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Thursday and exclude holidays.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of normal processing times will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Nitric Supplements does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Nitric Supplements is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nitric Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
